Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Edifice View, a facility accountability platform for property managers and building owners, operated by American Cornerstone LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Edifice View, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Edifice View lets a Facility Admin manage every vendor, contractor, and internal staff member working in one or more buildings: vendor onboarding, QR-code photo check-ins, checklist completion, incident tracking, vendor scorecards, and compliance reporting. Vendor Admins invited to a facility can see only their own company's data — never another vendor's, even within the same building.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, until canceled: a flat monthly fee per facility, plus a flat monthly fee for each additional building. Trial periods, where offered, convert to a paid subscription automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.

Text messaging (SMS) program terms

Edifice View offers an optional text alert feature for operational notifications (worker clock-in/clock-out at a building). By entering a phone number into a building's Alerts settings, you consent to receive text messages related to that building's activity at that number.

  • Message frequency varies based on that building's activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or remove the number from Alerts settings.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or contact contact@edificeview.com.
  • Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Edifice View to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit unlawful or harmful content, or attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data, photos, and records you and your vendors submit through the platform ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Customer Content solely to provide the service to you.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, we may delete Customer Content after a reasonable retention period.

Disclaimers

Edifice View is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edifice View will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Edifice View after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
